Why choose without co?

Primarily because we have the best sustainable offering around!  We source our goods from local Canadian makers who work hard to take care of people and the planet.  We are locally owned and operated, out of one teeny tiny storefront in Calgary Alberta.  Aside from in-store shopping, we deliver Calgary, and absolutely love sending our eco goods across North America. Living sustainably doesn't mean you should sacrifice quality, and we are on a mission to prove that.

Covid Protocol 

Our soul focus in operating through the covid pandemic is to keep our community safe, happy, and healthy.  Here are some questions we get:

- Can I shop in store?  YES.  We are open for in- store shopping and can't wait to see you!

- Can I refill my bottles from home?  YES.  We sanitize the bottles pre and post fill, we do all of the filling for you.  It's clean, it's safe, it's easy.

- Do my bottles have to be clean, empty, and sanitized before coming in?  NO.  We do top ups, partial fills, whatever you need.  And we will handle the sanitization.

- Do I have to wear a mask?  Legally, NO.  Masks are up to you.  If you mask up upon entering the shop our staff will do the same.  We're still keeping an eye on capacity and making sure everyone has room to space out. 

When do I get my without co. goods?

We are a lean operating team working oh-so-hard for our eco loving community!  Here are the details on our order timelines (unless explicitly stated elsewhere, sometimes we go on vacay).  After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with these details as well.

- Shipped orders are sent out within one business day

- pick up orders are ready within one business day, however we aim to have those ready within one business hour

- Calgary deliveries occur the next business day, unless you have chosen a different time slot at check out


It's not something we see a lot of here, but we are flexible and want to make sure you're happy and loving your goods.  Contact us to arrange a refund, an exchange, or a different creative solution.
