Aisle Menstrual Cup - Zero Waste Period

The Aisle Cup is a reusable silicone menstrual cup that can be worn for up to 12 hours, so you can sleep, swim, stretch & slay all day. These cups are manufactured in Canada, and are so easy to use, simply empty, wash, and reinsert.

Because menstrual cups collect your flow instead of absorbing it, they can be left in longer and won't leave you feeling all dried out. 

We offer two sizes - size A if you're new to cups, haven't had a vaginal birth, and find larger tampons tricky to insert. Size B is great if you have had a vaginal birth, are a pro and have been using cups for a while, or have a weaker pelvic floor.

Product care: Clean the cup with warm water and a mild, unscented, and oil-free soap, making sure the tiny holes under the rim are clear. Dry the cup completely before storing it in the breathable cotton bag provided. Replace about once a year if you're using it consistently every month.
